New to our portfolio this year, La Brinardière is a wonderfully spacious home offering luxurious accommodation for 8 people.
With 4 bedrooms, 2 living rooms, separate dining room, large terrace running all around the house and heated swimming pool, the house is renovated with style and many original features
The house is on three floors and accommodates up to 8 people
The main entrance leads to the large fully equipped kitchen to your left with farmhouse table, while to your right steps lead to the large dining room and then through to the spacious lounge. French doors lead from the dining room onto the pool terrace, and all the rooms are comfortably furnished with lots of light and space.
One of the double bedrooms is accessed by its own staircase between the kitchen and dining area, and has its own bathroom with bath, sink and WC.
A separate staircase leads from the dining room to the first floor living room with large library, as well as the master bedroom with en-quite bathroom. There is also a separate WC on this level.
French doors lead from the dining area onto the large pool terrace. The 10 x 5 metre pool is heated, and there is a covered area at the end of the terrace with barbecue. A large well maintained garden surrounds the house offering plenty of different places to sit, play or just enjoy the countryside.
La Brinardière is in the tiny hamlet of Long 3km from the village of Branceilles, home to the Mille et Une Pierre Vineyard. Meyssac is a 5 minute drive from the house and here you will find shops, restaurants, bars and a twice weekly market. Within 20 minutes you can be on the Dordogne River, visiting numerous beautiful villages including Collonges la Rouge, Beaulieu sur Dordogne, Turenne and Martel, caves or just enjoying the beautiful countryside. For the more active there are 3 golf courses within a 30 minute drive, tennis courts in Meyssac (as well as a large outdoor pool if you ever get bored of your own private pool!), bicycles for hire and lots of wonderful walks.
